"We're going on a leaf hunt!"

 Today in science we were looking at different types of trees and the fact that they lose their leaves in the Autumn. Some of us were eager to share our existing knowledge of the different types of leaves that there are. From this, we decided to create a 'leaf checklist.' We gathered our clipboards and our magnifying glasses and off we went, out to the field, to find as many different leaves as we could! 

Some of our more adventurous explores began singing "we're going on a leaf hunt!"
